This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's.

Responsibilities:
Ensures the quality and safe delivery of physical therapy services in the home
Provides education, supervision and counseling regarding physical therapy to family members, the client and home health aides as necessary

Requirements for this job:
Current license in practicing state
Graduate from an accredited therapy program
Must be in good-standing with a minimum of one year's clinical experience required
