DUTIES: Our physical therapists provide evaluations and treatments for individuals who have been referred for physical therapy services in-home while collaborating with other health care practitioners and the rehab team. Another responsibility is directing and supervising the delivery of physical therapy care of assigned patients.

The primary duty of this therapist will be to perform patient evaluations--a physical therapy assistant will then perform the actual therapies during the week.

REQUIREMENTS of a Physical Therapist: Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy and holding a current license to practice therapy in Wisconsin is required. No experience necessary. Employees will be trained with a current home health physical therapist for 6 months.

Sign-on bonus is available! Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. All therapists will have their own laptop to use.

Active Part Time Days - 1st Shift Saturday and Sunday working 8am-4:30pm. No weekday obligations. Flexible scheduling is available if additional hours are requested.
