DUTIES: Our physical therapists provide evaluations and treatments for individuals who have been referred for physical therapy services in-home while collaborating with other health care practitioners and the rehab team. Another responsibility is directing and supervising the delivery of physical therapy care of assigned patients.

REQUIREMENTS of a Physical Therapist: Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy and holding a current license to practice therapy in Wisconsin is required. No experience necessary. Employees will be trained with a current home health physical therapist for 6 months.

Sign-on bonus is available! Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate. All therapists will have their own laptop to use.

Active Part Time Days - 1st Shift 8-23 hours/week generally working from 8am-4:30pm. Flexible scheduling is available. No weekends or holidays unless requested by therapist. Position offers full benefits.
