This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's.

Responsibilities:
Plan and administer Physical Therapy treatment programs to patients/residents

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Credentialed Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
