GENERAL SUMMARY:
Practices physical therapy under the laws and rules of OT/PT/AT Board of the State of Ohio . Implements physical therapy services for patients as appropriate to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, including assessment, treatment, program planning, related documentation, and communication; demonstrate safe and professional behavior as indicated by hospital and department policies; provide education on PT related subjects to patients, clients, families, hospital personnel, and the community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Bachelor or Master level graduate from accredited college or university for physical therapy.
Required Length and Type of Experience:
* Preferably one year experience in appropriate clinical area.
Required Licensure, Certification or Registry:
* Licensed by Physical Therapy Section of Ohio OT/PT/AT Board.
Required Physical and Environmental Demands:
* Physical job characteristics are consistent with RISC (Rehab Institute of Southern California) guidelines of Medium-Heavy job classification.
