Qualifications
Licensure: New York State License and current registration in Physical Therapy required.
Valid driver's license may be required, as determined by operational/regional needs.
Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or entry level Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy required.
Experience: Bilingual skills may be required, as determined by operational needs.
Minimum of one year physical therapy experience, preferred.
