GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for direct patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation and documentation. Responsible for supervising licenses Physical Therapy Assistants, Physical Therapy students,Physical Therapy Assistant students, transporters and volunteers. Interacts pleasantly with patients and staff. Excellent interpersonal skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree and graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. -- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio.
