GENERAL SUMMARY:
Practices physical therapy under the laws and rules of OT/PT/AT Board of the State of Ohio. Implements physical therapy services for patients as appropriate to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, including assessment, treatment, program planning, related documentation, and communication; demonstrates safe and professional behavior as indicated by hospital and department policies; provides education on PT related subjects to patients, clients, families, hospital personnel, and the community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Bachelor or Master level graduate from accredited college or university for physical therapy
Required Length or Type of Experience
* Preferably one year experience in appropriate clinical area
Required Licensure or Certified Registry
* Licensed by Physical Therapy Section of the OT/PT/AT Board
