Practices physical therapy under the laws and rules of OT/PT/AT Board of the State of Ohio. Implements physical therapy services for patients as appropriate to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, including assessment, treatment, program planning, related documentation, and communication; demonstrate safe and professional behavior as indicated by hospital and department policies; provide education on PT related subjects to patients, clients, families, hospital personnel, and the community.
